Here is a high-protein shake that doesn’t require an expensive powder. I’ve gotten this request quite a few times, so I finally decided to make a video today.
You will need:
1 cup of fat-free cottage cheese
1 cup of skim milk
1/2 packet of sugar-free/fat-free Jello mix (flavor of your choice)
1 tbsps of peanut butter
5 ice cubes
